Sometimes life is harder than I would choose for it to be. Every person has trials that belong just to him. Heavenly Father knows what we are capable of and sends us just as much as we can handle. Trials make us stronger, even though sometimes when we are in the middle of experiencing them, it seems like we are weak and sad and things can never be any different.
You can choose how to respond to trials. They do not own you unless you let them.
